  • Custom and Special Orders:
    Due to the bespoke nature of custom printing and special orders, refunds for these products will only be considered if there is a demonstrable error on our part. Please review your order carefully prior to confirmation.

2. Refund Request Process

    You must notify us of any refund requests within 14 days of receiving your order. Refund requests received after this period may not be eligible for a refund.

  • Finalised Custom Orders:
    Products that have been custom-made or printed to your specifications are non-refundable unless there is a clear error on our part.
  • Digital Products and Services:
    Refunds for digital products or services may not be available once the service has been rendered or accessed, unless otherwise stated.

  • Return Shipping Costs:
    For eligible refunds due to faulty products or errors on our part, we will cover the cost of return shipping. For other refund requests, the customer may be responsible for return shipping costs.
